Telecaller Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting products/services, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in increasing sales, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services.
  • Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate leads and follow up on potential customers.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the company database.
  • Understand and explain the products/services to the customers.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Provide feedback on customer issues and complaints to the management team for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in any field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good command of [language(s)].
    • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
    • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
    • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

Working Hours:

10:00 am to 6:00 pm
