Telecaller Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting products/services, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in increasing sales, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate leads and follow up on potential customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the company database.
- Understand and explain the products/services to the customers.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Provide feedback on customer issues and complaints to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in any field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of [language(s)].
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Working Hours:
10:00 am to 6:00 pm
